Pursuant to section 1910.178(i)( 6) of OSHA’s Powered Industrial Trucks standard, all employees that operate a forklift or motorized pallet jack need to be completely trained, certified and tested in order to operate that specific equipment. Moreover, those workers must be recertified every 3 years, or in the event of an accident, job deficiency or equipment change.

How long is the training classroom instruction?
An energized and comprehensive two hours of interactive video with their Operator Handbook and other training and testing materials.
How much notice is needed to schedule as class at our facility?
Typically, we can provide training within 5 business days.
How many operators do you allow per class?
Usually no more than 15-20 operators. A second class can always be added for large groups.
Is training available in Spanish?
Yes. We offer forklift training in both English and Spanish.
Who is this training designed for?
This program is designed for employers who need to train, certify, or recertify forklift operators.
What type of forklifts are covered in your training?
Class 1-7, being all classes that includes conventional sit down rider forklifts, electric pallet jacks, order pickers and narrow aisle reach trucks.
